    Purpose:
    This 40-hour course assists the students in complying with OSHA and CERCLA regulations that require a minimum of 40 hours of off-site initial health and safety instruction for all employees involved in hazardous waste operations

    This course satisfies the OSHA annual training requirement for hazardous waste site investigation personnel.

    Purpose:
    This course is designed to assist organizations in compliance with the confined space standard 29 CFR 1910.146 published in the Federal Register in January 1993.  This course teaches participants the regulations and procedures to safely work in OSHA defined confined spaces.
